Mistweaver Strategy
- The Unbound Abomination cannot take damage due to Blood Barrier.
- The only way to make the boss lose health is to damage it until it converts enough damage into Blood Energy. At 100 energy he will spawn a couple of Blood Visages. Killing these adds will take away 17% of the boss’s health.
- You need to kill 6 adds to defeat the encounter.
- Sidestep the Abomination’s frontal cone Vile Expulsion, and avoid the Pools of Expulsion that is left in its wake.
- Putrid Blood will quickly overrun the party if not dispelled. Keep casting Detox on cooldown and once the party is overrun with too many stacks, clear them off with Revival.
- Putrid Blood can also be dispelled by walking into Titan Keeper Hezrel‘s Cleansing Light zone. The zone is cast on a player and dispels Putris Blood debuffs and all Pools of Expulsion.
HEROIC: Pools of Expulsion will sometimes coalesce into Rotting Spore that fixates on a random player. Reaching the player causes an explosion and another patch of Pool of Expulsion.
