I’m stuck in PvP swamp. Which is incredibly fun as a Mistweaver! I’ve set my eyes on high prestige levels to get all the artifact looks and mounts, which resulted in a lot of battleground popping. Since there is very little out there about PvP, I thought I’d write down the little knowledge I have (hence the ‘Basic’ in the name). Hopefully, it’ll help you get started!
Admittedly, there are tremendously many great Mistweavers out there that are so much better at me at PvP. However, not much knowledge is written down to easy-to-read guides. For the ones that just need a basic overview, this guide is a great start!
Merry Christmas everyone! Or Yule, as we say in Sweden. Before I go off to celebrate with my family I wanted to give a little sneak peak of what’s in store for Patreon this December. The art for the Night UI will be available for all eligible patrons that pledged before the 31st December.
If you are new to Patreon: it’s a subscription service for NEW art I do every month. Patrons pledge at any day of the month; at the last day of the month Patreon withdraw the money and when all pledges have been processed, I send out the rewards to eligible patrons.
Thank you all who supported me on Patreon this July! The rewards packages containing the art has been sent out to eligible patrons, so here’s a small post to get you started on your new UI. I hope your creative journey will be awesome and rewarding!
I’m gonna do something different this month, and instead of showing you a small sneak peek of this month’s Patreon rewards, I will show you a full preview. Do mind though, it’s still a work in progress and I still have time left before deadline. I’m still polishing the art and work at other pieces!
A new reward for this month is the Texture Package. It contains 5 textures that can be used for different things such as unit frames (if you implement it with SharedMedia addon), weakauras, or other creative work. I love customized textures, especially once implemented with SharedMedia, because you can personalize your UI so much. Works for Elvui, DBM, Skada, and many more addons.
The art can also be used for your own creative work if you want to do extended work on your UI. I’ve seen some of my patrons done their own version of my UIs through some awesome Photoshop work, and I love to give you the tools to customize how much you want! Go nuts!
This month’s Patreon cycle is complete! I’d like to thank everyone who supported me this April – it means a lot! I’m very pleased with the art of this month, and I hope you’ll enjoy it too. As always, I encourage you to experiment with the art and assemble it to your own personal liking – but to get you started, here are some export strings that uses the art!
This month’s art took a little darker turn and has a more futuristic look, while still retaining my visual painting style. I’ve also gotten a little faster at painting, so I managed to create some more pieces, which felt very nice. Progress!
